With purchase The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the media (the Media) produced by Equinox Creative (the Artist) for the Client’s own marketing purposes related to the listing contract for which the Artist is hired.
When images are obtained without purchase but with license to use, photo credit and link must be provided.
The Client agrees not to sell, transfer, or sublicense the Media to any third party without the prior written consent of the Artist.
In accordance with Canadian Copyright Law The Artist retains all copyrights and ownership of the Media. This license is not a transfer of ownership of the copyright.
Please ensure that all users (family, friends, visitors, real estate buyers agents and their buyers are aware that the Media may not be used for commercial purposes without consent.
Edited videos as a whole will be exclusively made for the Client and they can remain on the client’s video media channels. The Artist ensures that music in videos is licensed through proper channels. If by chance your video is marked with copyright infringement please let us know and we will whitelist the video through our music licensing partners.
